The definition of the term website in this legal notice refers to the websites mentioned above and the Materials contained therein. By reading, downloading or using any TVF Materials include but are not limited to all information, documents, presentations, artwork, text, films, videos, audio, or pictures (collectively, "Materials") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that follow. The websites defined above are the property of True Volunteer Foundation Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (registered number 5338347) and having its registered office at 75 Park Lane in London. TVF is also a UK registered charity (registered number 1113789), an Organisational Member of the Institute of Fundraising (Z62539), a registered member of the Fundraising Standards Board and a registered member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (6566). For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the term “TVF” shall include all of its subsidiaries in which TVF holds a shareholding representing at least 10% of the issued share capital of that company.

These legal terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and TVF and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications between the parties regarding your use of this website. The section headings of these terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not be admissible in any action to alter, modify or interpret the contents of any section. All matters relating to your access and use of this website shall be governed by English law. A finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable shall not affect any other part of these terms and conditions and such provision shall be construed by limiting it to the extent necessary so as to be enforceable or, if such provision cannot be so limited, then these terms and conditions shall be construed as if they had never contained such provision. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD TVF HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. Pay to Work™ is the revolutionary new principle which drives the True Volunteer Foundation. Most True Volunteers (individuals or other parties who have an independent consulting agreement with TVF) work from their homes and offices on a project by project basis. Importantly, they meet their own expenses and do not receive a wage or benefits package. Each True Volunteer™ effectively needs to agree to Pay to Work! If you agree with our principles and wish to apply to join our new age team, please contact us to discuss available opportunities. We are always keen to engage new volunteers who are willing to work from their homes, using their own resources and bearing 100% of the costs. True Volunteers wishing to participate in TVF do so of their own free will and at their own risk. In the event of an injury, volunteers must personally accept responsibility for any and all expenses. Although TVF are willing to look into any specific concerns and maybe able to give limited advice on health and safety issues, some volunteer projects may have inherent risks associated with them, and it is the volunteer's responsibility to know what those risks are and to not follow through on any activity they may deem too high a level of risk for their own capabilities. Volunteers agree to release and hold TVF, its Board of Trustees, directors, and officers harmless from and against all losses from claims or liabilities for personal damages or other damages incurred as a result of their participation in TVF, whether or not resulting from TVF's negligence. Volunteers participating in a project are not considered an employee of TVF, and shall not be eligible for, or covered under, any benefit or insurance program maintained by TVF.

Certain links on this website may connect to other websites maintained by third parties over whom TVF has no control. The fact that TVF has provided a link to another website is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship or affiliation with respect to such website, its owners or its providers.
